Ombudsman to whom you can appeal against the arbitrary action of public administration, including corruption cases.

Mission

To improve compliance with laws and regulations existing on the part of the civil servantS, to educate the business sector about its rights and obligations and to advocate for specific reforms.

Vision

To Advocate for the Public Administration and its officials being law abiding, communicative and accountable for their action in relationship with entrepreneurs, contributing to a good business environment in Mozambique.

Jurisdiction

Providers accept petitions from all over the country. The petitions dealing with issues settled in other forums for the resolution of conflicts are publicly owned (Courts, Parliamentary Committees, etc..) or private (associations or organizations of class, etc.). They are excluded from the Ombudsman’s jurisdiction.
